Pregnancy test shows two lines and I'm on my periods🤔!

Assuming the pregnancy test is correct (redo the test when in doubt), you are probably either having implantation bleeding rather than your period (the bleeding should be very light if it's implantation bleeding), or a miscarriage, not a period. There are also less common causes of bleeding during the first trimester such as infections and ectopic pregnancies - consult your doctor if you have any odd symptoms!
