Can you get gonorrhea when you're circumcised ?

Yes, circumcision does not affect the transmission of gonorrhea. So, you are just as likely to get gonorrhea, circumcised or not. Circumcision does reduce the chance of HIV infection, but it's not foolproof - you can still get HIV when circumcised, it's just less likely.
