Is it normal for my gf to cry at my mom's burial whilst I am not crying ?

Some people cry at the drop of a hat, while others have great difficulty crying - men who have been told repeatedly that big boys don't cry may especially have trouble crying in public. Sometimes, inability to cry may even be a sign of depression. Lack of tears certainly doesn't mean that you didn't love your mother - it's possible that in a private moment, the death of your mother will finally hit you, and you will be able to shed some tears.
