I'm allergic to shrimp, how can l avoid it when my girlfriend likes it?

Simply ask your girlfriend not to cook you any dishes with shrimp in it, since you're allergic and will get very sick if you eat it. Tell her that she is free to eat shrimp dishes as long as she eats it on her own (or with other friends and family). She may be disappointed that she can't cook and share shrimp dishes with you, but every relationship involves some compromise!
