I want to  run away from home - my parents neglect me !

Unless you are in immediate physical danger, don't run away from home unless you have a good plan as to where you can stay and how you can take care of yourself. While neglectful parents are terrible, having a roof over your head is better than living on the streets. Build a support network - friends, extended family, teachers, support groups, and try to find a way to financial independence.
