Is it correct for child talk to me only when he needs money or other shortages at school ?

It's always preferable to have more communication between parent and child - try encouraging your child to talk more by asking more questions. If you have a teenager who is reluctant to talk, don't ask questions that are too personal and don't give unsolicited advice - it's bound to make your teenager stop talking! If your teenager still refuses to talk, it's okay as long as the child seems to have good friends and doing okay in school. Just keep on trying periodically, and hopefully your teenager will get over this phase with time.
