Today is my birthday but my girlfriend did not even put me on her status wishing me a HB she only said that to inbox..what does that mean ?

You are most likely overthinking things! She probably just wanted to send you a private happy birthday message. You may need to worry if she doesn't want to be seen with you around friends or family however - ask your girlfriend when in doubt.
