How to stop a child 5 months old from suckling her finger ?

You don't need to stop a 5 months old from sucking her finger - the fingers act much like a pacifier, and is soothing to her. Most children naturally stop sucking their thumb/fingers between the ages of 2 and 4. As long as they stop by then, the sucking will not affect their teeth alignment or the shape of their mouth.
